Shipping & Returns

POOCH OOZE ships to all of the United States only, including PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses; POOCH OOZE does not support the use of forwarding addresses. At this time POOCH OOZE LLC does not ship outside the US. 

All shipments going to a PO Box will be shipped via UPS Sure-post. We cannot expedite to PO Boxes. If you need to receive your bottles in a shorter time frame, please change your “Ship To” address to another physical address (non-PO Box) and select one of our expedited shipping options.

We primarily use UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (US Postal Service). If your order is shipping to a PO Box address, final delivery will always be made by USPS, regardless of which shipping type you choose.I see that I can get free ground shipping when my order is over $25. How do I

Free ground shipping is offered by POOCH OOZE Shampoo and Hot spot Bottle on orders over $25 via UPS Sure-post. These orders will have an estimated shipping time frame of 5-7 business days. In order to apply it to your order, please select “Standard” as your shipping method during check out. Free ground shipping applies to all orders in the continental US. 

What is POOCH OOZE International Shipping policy?At this time Pooch Ooze LLC does not ship outside the US. Pooch Ooze & Pooch Ooze Hydrating Shampoo. POOCH OOZE will notify you when international shipping is available in your area.

The estimate delivery date can vary, most of our products ship from our warehouse in the US and typically take 5-7 business days (exclude Holidays) Once item is shipped a tracking number will be provided. If the product ship from the international warehouse shipping will take 15-20 days.

POOCH OOZE products are backed by a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a POOCH OOZE product you may return the product along with original receipt for a full refund or replacement product.

If you have purchased or received a product directly from www.poochooze.com and would like to return it, a refund can be issued within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in perfect and unused condition. To initiate a return, please contact the customer support team to issue your returns.Please make sure you include your Order Number and the reason for return on your packing slip.
